The study area includes the following tasks:
- Working closely with all MS subsidiaries, regional clubs and support groups in all matters;
- Public relations
- Maintain contact with other facilities for people with disabilities, social services and so on in all federal states of Austria
- Assistance in administrative procedures
- Advice and support of MS patients and their relatives
- Advice during the period of the diagnostic process and during all stages of the disease
- Providing detailed information about the disease
- Free legal advice
- Support of self-help groups
- Individual help for affected persons
